Placing An Order
There are several ways for you to place an order.
When shopping on-line you can pay by credit card. We accept major credit cards, MasterCard & Visa as well as PayPal.
If you do not wish to pay by credit card select Direct Deposit & your order will be dispatched once we are in receipt of your payment.
Note: Please do not email your credit card details, instead, leave a contact number for us to call to arrange payment.
Payment is required prior to dispatch of your order. We have several options for your convenience:
· Credit Card - Visa or MasterCard.
· PayPal.
· Direct Deposit - EFT, deposit funds into the following account:

Please note that you are required to eft into our bank account from your bank account. Once we are in receipt of your EFT payment into our bank account. We will process your order. When placing your order it comes up with Direct Deposit this just advises you our bank details and also let us know that you have placed an order using EFT or direct deposit.
For ease of processing, include your order number & name in the reference field.

Freight Charges are not included in our product descriptions. The freight costs will be calculated at checkout.
· Customers within Australia
Low Flat Rate to anywhere in Australia only $17.00 for all orders under $185.00
Free Freight for all orders over $185.00.
All deliveries will left at front door by the courier unless we receive different delivery instructions if you are not at home to receive the parcel.
· Customers Outside Australia (International)
Freight charges are calculated subject to the method (air & sea) destination, weight & or/cubic size of your parcel.
Our Customer Service team will provide you with a quote.
· Customers within Australia
As a general rule your goods are despatched directly from Tri Natures warehouse within 2-4 working days of receiving your order & payment.
Note – Orders will be left at the front door, unless specified under customer notes at checkout. An additional $5 per attempted delivery may be charged by the couriers if they are unable to leave your goods.
· Customers outside Australia (International)
Export orders require special attention. We will aim to meet your requirements for delivery. At the time of ordering, we will provide freight quotations & estimated time of delivery.
We stand by the products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of your purchases, please contact us immediately & we will happily return them for refund or exchange.
Always check the contents of your delivery against your invoice provided. If you find a discrepancy please report it to us within 7 working days of receiving your order.
If we are unable to complete your order due to a product shortage, you will be contacted within 3 days of placing your order to arrange alternate arrangements.
